Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Accountant to manage a portfolio of US-based clients, oversee daily bookkeeping, and handle month-end close processes. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, team management skills, and the ability to ensure timely and high-quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of US clients, handling daily bookkeeping and month-end close.
  • Ensure bookkeeping is performed in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
  • Execute and review month-end close activities including bank reconciliations, AR & AP reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and accounts finalization.
  • Take full ownership of allocated client accounts ensuring timely closures and monitoring work progress.

Accounts Payable Lead

Reporting To

Job Purpose / Objective

To work for the Accounts Payable (AP) function within the Shared Services environment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls.

Key Result Areas

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple US clients across industries.
