We are a Chartered accounting accounting firm based out of Bangalore. With our continuous growth regime, we are expanding our team. We are hiring for the following position:

1. Assistant Manager

The ideal candidate will need to have 1-2 yrs of experience in accounting and bookkeeping (Experience in Quickbooks/ Xero / Sage is preferred). The person will need to manage a portfolio of US and Indian clients. For working upon Indian clients, the person needs to have basic knowledge and understanding of Indian Tax rules and Companies Act.


  • Ensure business transactions are recorded and financials are prepared in accordance with accounting principles (respective GAAP).
  • Work closely with team members to assist with month-end close process including accounts finalization with strict deadlines.
  • Responsible for client coordination and managing relationship.
  • Responsible for timely filing of all regulatory returns (Indian clients only).
  • Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and the related notes.
  • Managing a team of resources.

Qualifications- any one of the following

  • Graduate/ Post graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting.
  • MBA Finance.
  • CA pursuing/ semi qualified.
  • ICWA (part qualified).
